REFUND POLICY
We hope you are happy with all of your purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund or credit to another training based on the following criteria.
All-Access Pass:
You can get a full refund on your All-Access Pass purchase if you request it within 30 days. After the 30 days, the refund will be based on time remaining on your Pass.
Communications Director Mentoring Program:
Mentoring registrations have a full money-back guarantee. If, after completing the full Mentoring Program, including the majority of group and individual calls, you decide it wasn’t worth the money, simply request a refund within 30 days.
Webinar and Workshop Registrations:
You can receive a full refund or credit to another training if, after attending the program live, you were not satisfied. Refund requests for live training must be made within 7 days.
Please allow 3 business days from your request to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement depending on your credit card company.
